Where are made your products?
Our products are 'made to order'. All sportswear that we show on jumpintrend.com are designed, printed and sewed in Canada (sweatshop free).
In what currency are your prices ?
Our prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). However, we integrated to the site the possibility to see the prices in one of the following currencies: USD, EUR, British Pound Sterling, Australia Dollar.
Please note that at the last step of the checkout, we will show again the price in Canadian Dollars.
What are the delivery delays ?
Once you complete your purchase, we need between 5-10 business days to print and sew your item(s) in the design selected. As soon as the Item is manufactured, it will be shipped to you. You will receive an email that will confirm when the item is shipped.
Our partner who manufacture our clothing is located in Canada. It is a small studio that manufacture our items on demand. This is not a sweatshop ! This and the quality of products we sell justifies the prices.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
The estimated time to produce your goods is between 5 and 10 business days. We are working with our production partner to reduce these delays as much as possible.
Note that the items are designed, sewed and shipped from our studios located in Canada.
Orders for Canadian customers normally ship within 2-8 business days of the order is placed.
Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.
Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA.
Currently, US and international orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from within the USA.
International orders generally take 10-15 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country.
International or wholesale orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Unfortunately, we do not cover these fees so please contact us if you have concerns regarding your order.
International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave Canada.
Things to know about shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, but we are always happy to do everything in our power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders.
